Customer was asked if she noticed improvement in the water lately. She said "yes." Customer was asked if she would like her water tested. Customer said "no." Customer was advised to call back if taste was not better in a week. Customer said "OK."

About twice per month customer has brown water. He has to call for a hydrant flushing each time. He is getting very irritated by this inconvenience. He said this started when the plant in that area was closed.
