Ms. Mendez called at 7:00 p.m. on 11/25/96 re. the Kimbell residence at 3521 Park Place. She stated there was no problem until 11/25/96 in the a.m. when the odor got really strong with a chlorine odor.

DIRTY WATER
Very strong unpleasant odor and taste coming from the tap water for the last couple of weeks. Even overpowering our filter. Have switched to bottled water, but would love to go back to filling our water bottles from home!
Water pressure is low at 3501 and water is completely out at Bloomington High School North. Possible water main break
