There a 3 or 4 deep potholes on Strain Ridge Rd between Tierney St of Bellevista neighborhood and Lakewood Hills neighborhood. 3 on South side and one on North side. Thank you for your help.

Miller Pipeline, a subcontractor of Vectren, repaired a gas line on 1.11.17 and in the process destroyed the sidewalk and road. The items require repair.
Storm drainage system on N Blair needs concrete repaired before winter. Ends if metal grating are exposed and may catch on snow plows

large, deep, dangerous pothole
Large potholes from previous pipe work in the alley behind the Hutton Honors College. Some are large enough to cause damage to cars driving over them.
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property.So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. Southbound College. Right lane directly under the RR bridge. A line of deep potholes on the right side of the lane.
There are a couple of small potholes in between Tudor and Wellington on Allendale Dr in the westbound lane.
