Heading west on East Thornton, on the west side of the intersection with South Highland, there is a pot hole. Turning north on Olive there is a manhole just before (south of) the one lane section of Olive. There is a pot hole around the manhole and another a few feet to the north west of that manhole.

The portion of pavement connecting to driveway is crumbling away. Has made a "trench" which gets worse with each heavy rain. Can more pavement material be added to be level with driveway and in line with rest of street please? 1101 S. Fess Ave. Thank you.
