There are multiple potholes on Stapleton Ave and the road is deteriorating along the sides. There are harsh bumps when turning from Stapleton to Leonard Springs.
By the stop sign at 9th and Maple, across the whole street of Maple there is a large chunk of road missing. It needs to be filled in, I drive over it every day as do lots of other people, as Maple is the only through street from Kirkwood to the park/the back way to 11th. (meaning there are no roundabouts.) There is a broken pipe jutting out from the road that is missing its cover, and the exposed section of pipe has a jagged edge that could possibly puncture a vehicle's tire.
There is pothole the side of 18th St near Grant St that is about a foot wide.
There is a pothole in the intersection of 8th and Rogers. Mostly in the southbound lane.
Loose gravel build-up (needs to be swept) and pot holes.

There are areas south of the intersection of Sare and Moores Pike (sourth of the roundabout) and further south towards Rhorer Road that need cold/hot patching when weather permits.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could please fill the pot hole on S Mill Stone Way near the entrance to Sare Rd. A photo is attached. Thank you.
