E Second Street, going towards the Mall from the intersection with High Street until the stop sign at Woodcrest: 3 potholes on the south side by the schools.

At the corner of Hwy 37 and W Fullerton Pike There is a huge hole on the side of the street. I broke my rim and damaged my tire and costing me around $500 to get replaced and I know I'm not the only one. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past three years. When the holes are filled with water you can not see the holes.

The stretch on Smith Rd between Moores Pike and Snoddy Rd has alot of broken,uneven areas causing drivers to drive left of center to stay on "good pavement". Lots of standing water when it rains

Small crater in the road. West side of Rogers (southbound lane) just north of Lois Lane. You'll know it when you hit it or see it. Large hole that keep growing. Not sure if this is City or County, just hoping someone can patch it. Thanks!
