Potholes, Other Street Repair

3876 East Resents Circle

Case Date:
6/11/2017

I reported a potential sinkhole in the street in front of my property in August 2016. The hole opening into the what I believe will become a sinkhole was immediately patched. Now, new construction has just begun on adjacent lot 3880. concrete trucks making deliveries to that site have now created a ten foot long , 2 foot wide, 2 inch deep indentation in the pavement directly above where I suspect a sinkhole. The pavement is permanently damaged and parts have broken up. I realize that making repairs while construction is in progress is probably not practical, but I wanted to immediately make the city aware of the damage. I don't know if this is something the builder will be expected to take of or if is the city. Regardless of whether its the city or the city makes the builder take care of it, I would appreciate the city giving me the assurance that the damage will be repaired as soon as practical. Thank You! Potholes, Other Street Repair

3883-3887 East Resents Circle

Case Date:
9/20/2015

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. Can we please request to have the City come check out this repair work to see if it needs additional work? Thank you so much in advance! - Rob Aney robaney@yahoo.com

Potholes, Other Street Repair

3927 S Baytree LN

Case Date:
7/5/2024

There is a hole on Baytree Ln. It is a prefect 12 inch circle implying something fits in it. It is 3 ft from the north side of Baytree Ln. At that location there is a parking lot with a sign that says, "THIS AREA FOR GUEST PARKING ONLY" on the north side. The address 3927 Baytree Ln is on the south side. This hole is very dangerous. A person walking there could not see it, setp in it and get badly injured. That could happen to me when I walk to my mail box. A person driving there could not see it, drive over it and get a bad jolt. That has happened to me. This situation needs to be taken care of.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

3931 W Tapp RD

Case Date:
10/21/2015

This possibly is not so much a pothole as sunken pavement, but the effect is the same. Right as Tapp meets Leonard Springs there is a bad area that goes across most of Tapp Road, and it is necessary to come to a near stop to avoid being jarred, even if one has already stopped for the new traffic light.
