"Sare Rd" street sign on the NE corner of the Sare&Rogers roundabout was found on the roadway (and traffic was unfortunately driving over it). I moved it to the grass on the NE corner (see picture attached). Hopefully, still usable and can be reinstalled on the empty sign post. Thanks for your kind assistance!

On April 29, 2018 I was turning onto 3rd street off of Jackson where I struck a curb in the middle of the road. There is a street sign at the corner warning you of a speed hump but not that there is a huge curb holding dirt and literally in the road. It CUT my tire and damaged my rim. Not sure how or where to file this complaint, but hopeful the city will accept responsibility. I was told by 3 different residents at the time I hit it that less than 24 hours prior another lady had hit it also with damage. And that a city police officer 2 weeks ago had hit it as well. I think there may be a small pothole on North college between 17th and 15th. It is super round so maybe there is just some sort of cover depressed in the asphalt but pretty sure last few times I drive by it's a pothole. Thanks for taking a look.
