E 5th Street needs to be repaved. It is beyond just patching potholes. It is dangerous to walk on because the pavement is broken on both sides of the streets. The city will not prioritize a sidewalk, so pedestrians must share the road with cars and bikes. Please look at the include photo and tell me that it can be repaved!

The alley next to 211 North Grant Bloomington Indiana is in bad shape where there is washout and deep ruts , cars are bottoming out when coming out of alley onto Grant street.
There are various potholes on Union St. going northbound from 3rd street up to 10th street
Section of Grant st between 7th and Kirkwood is spattered with potholes across the street
Metal cylinder blocking gas meter was recently knocked over by a car and has never been repaired / replaced in ally way behind Allen Court
At 20th and Washington there are 2 large potholes that would damage your vehicle if you hit one. You cannot get two vehicles through at the same time as a result of the potholes.
