There is a hole at the end of our gravel driveway that our cars hit everyday going in and out of our driveway.
We have opened several cases explaining that the WHOLE ally needs repaved.
Twice now y'all have sent out crews to put down pavement in some of the holes.
The pavement is loose and keeps breaking apart, causing more damage.
Neither time has the crew repaved the ally as they should have and neither time did the crew put pavement in the hole in front of our driveway.
Now, y'all are closing the cases I open, stating that crews have already been to my location, however, they haven't fixed anything, but consistently made it worse.
We are documenting the damage being done to our cars and everyday I am opening a case here until y'all fix the ally properly by repaving the entire ally.
My questions are why aren't you fixing it correctly? Is it because our address is not in a rich neighborhood? Do we not deserve an ally we can drive on without damaging our cars?
Please actually fix the issue.

Ballantine Rd. pavement has crumbled away at the base of our driveway, leaving a level difference of a couple inches between the street and the driveway pavement. Can you have a crew pour enough asphalt onto this small patch so that it is flush with our driveway? Newspaper delivery guy won't pull into our driveway because of the damage it does his car. We don't have quite the same choice...

The potholes outside 1035 West 6th Street (47404) are becoming unnavigable for any non-motorized vehicles, despite 6th street being a common thorough way for scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc. It will soon become an issue for cars as well if the city does not address the growing potholes that cover the enter width of the street. The city has done much to improve the sidewalks on 6th street and plans to do other improvements to the road, but the number one priority should really be to repair these potholes. I've talked to many of the neighbors about sending in complaints (I hope they do). Thank you for your time!

Several large potholes at the southern end of Chris Lane, near where it connects to Azalea. An earlier repair has crumbled away, and while part of the street was resurfaced, much of it was left with the old crumbling pavement.

The road was repaved in front of our house but the new asphalt stopped just before our driveway. This created a pothole / rut on the side of the road where our driveway meets the new asphalt in front of our mailbox. Turning right out of our driveway our back tire hits this rut each time. It is a very busy intersection and we have to get out of our driveway quickly because people are rude. It has to be difficult for the mail truck to pull up to the mail box. We were hoping this area could be filled in like a pothole. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't seem to actually attach the file. Thanks.

Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!
