Good morning, I am writing to you with a request to fix potholes at South Fendbrook Lane and East Covenanter Drive. These are becoming very problematic for our neighborhood and have now become a road hazard. For convenience and to eliminate ambiguity, I have provided a street level map below. We had 3 Bradford Pear trees in City Right-of-Way removed and would like the stumps removed pls. Was told it would be sub-contracted out over a year ago and 2nd request made but no action to date. We would like to beautify the landscape but unable to do until stumps are removed. Thank-you!

Damage to road at the corner of S. Laurel Ct and E. Heather Dr. This damage seems to be ongoing as cars make a right turn over this area and break off pieces of the road surface. Also there are multiple potholes forming on S. Laurel Court
