Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. The drains along the road here are so rough and sunken in that people drive up the middle of the road to avoid them
Flooding down Brownridge is starting an erosion hole again the road side with a drop of about 3 ft. from the road bed. A short load of stone (2-3 yds maybe) added to the previous should solve it; the last treatment has remained stable and has worked well.
While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.
The utility manhole covers in the Northbouand lane of Walnut Street from Miller Drive to Grimes are below the pavement level and need to be raised to pavement lever. This condition has existed since Walnut Street was re-paved years ago. Please fix. Thank you
