W Church Lane. From Victor Pike heading east toward Rogers St. The road has many potholes. Part of the road has been washed away,causing a huge hole on the side of the road. Again there are several, however I hit a pretty deep one and busted my tire. And bent my rim. I uploaded a picture to try to show how deep it is. If you need more pictures. There is a pothole on S. Walnut St. Pike between College Square apartments and the church.
There is a street cave in developing near 1825 S. Highland Ave. It has rapidly gotten much worse over the last couple of days. Hole looks a couple feet deep. Is next to a semi-recent water main repair.
Southbound lane of clarizz, right as you turn off 3rd Street, there's a large pothole
There are two growing potholes in the southbound lane, causing cars to have to divert into the left lane (on the curve) to avoid them.
Just north of 926 S. Highland Ave., a 15 ft area of the west side of the street (and storm drain) has crumbled to gravel-size and larger chunks of asphalt. As result of an earlier complaint, a small part was patched with blacktop that has now crumbled. My concern is not the ugly appearance. If we have a 5-10 year rain storm, the runoff down S. Highland easily will clog the storm drain underneath a parking area (owned by the city) in front for my home and likely will flood the first level of my home. I have observed the enormous flow of water in the storm drain during normal heavy rain and am certain an unusual downpour will now cause flooding. Please consider sending a truck to remove the street/storm drain debris.

There has been a severe dip in the road here for at least 20 years. With all the cosmetic road work over the past few years, you would think this would finally be attended to. It would be a big improvement if you all got rid of this severe dip/bump once and for all. Thank you
