Potholes, Other Street Repair

406 S Lincoln ST

Case Date:
7/1/2021

Hello. The alleyway next to our house has become almost impassable due to erosion. We have to go down it in order to park and there is a high risk of us damaging our vehicles. The recent rain has made the alleyway significantly worse.

Please considering resurfacing South Palmer between Hillside and Grimes. The street is in horrible condition, and as a homeowner and tax payer, I would really appreciate a better-maintained street.

Just checking in on closed case, thank you. Could sure use some asphalt thrown down if delay in paving Pickwick will be long. #175370 Potholes, Other Street Repair: Other: As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. Thank you! Potholes, Other Street Repair

1501 S Highland AVE

Case Date:
6/7/2021

The double-yellow line and left-turn lane (westbound) on Highland have become very difficult to see. It looks like maybe road oil or asphalt has darkened or faded them after the recent repaving of the road. I've seen on-coming traffic (east-bound) not see the left-turn lane on Hillside to Highland, and have to swerve out of the way as cars enter the left-turn lane to go to Highland. Repainting the lines would help a lot!

Potholes, Other Street Repair

1048 E Chris LN

Case Date:

The southern end of Chris Lane, where it meets Azalea Lane, is badly torn up. Partial repaving of Chris Lane (last year?) missed this whole section of the street, and it has been getting steadily worse over the past year.
