Along N. Maple St near the Willowbrook Property the road has broken apart in areas and is crumbling. If these repairs could be fixed we would appreciate it, tenants have been complaining about it, however the issues are on N Maple which is not on the Willowbrook property.

The alley next to my house needs to be graded (my car scrapes the middle/high section of the alley).
You already did the section that is off of Highland Avenue (thank you!), but the part of the alley that connects to Ballantine Road needs to be done. It starts at the alley entrance from Ballantine Road (503 S. Ballantine Rd) and goes about halfway down the alley. In this area, the middle of the alley needs to be scraped down and gravel added.
It would be great if you could add gravel to the whole alley as some sections are muddy after a rain.
Thank you.
