I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. Collins Tree Service took down a very large tree at a home on the corner of Sheffield Dr and Cambridge Dr. They have left the street and gutter absolutely full of saw dust. Also, there are now holes completely through the blacktop where either outriggers or heavy wood or something else very heavy went through it. Collins Tree Service.
