Large pot hole on South Boruff Road desperately needs attention!

The portion of pavement connecting to driveway is crumbling away. Has made a "trench" which gets worse with each heavy rain. Can more pavement material be added to be level with driveway and in line with rest of street please? 1101 S. Fess Ave. Thank you.

Potholes on E Third in front of the new Panera. Old utility cut that is subsiding. E Second Street on the south side of the street, starting at the schools if you are heading west towards the intersection with Woodscrest. More than 1.

W. Dodds from College to Rogers is horrific. Its so rough its possible to loose control after the pedestrian crossing heading west. It is really chopped up and needs resurfaced as it is heavily traveled.

N Walnut from 11th to 14th is in horrible unsafe condition. There is a "ditch" at one point that I almost got rearended at because I slowed down to avoid damaging my cars suspension at. It needs resurfaced.
