The alley next to 211 North Grant Bloomington Indiana is in bad shape where there is washout and deep ruts , cars are bottoming out when coming out of alley onto Grant street.
Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Hello! The alley behind our brewery has gotten pretty bad - it is frequently traveled by delivery drivers and our own team, and has become dangerous to offload supplies and equipment. Patching or paving would be really, really appreciated.
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property.So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. Two youngish trees in the tree strip on 4th street, NW corner of 4th ST. and the alley between Grant and Dunn Streets (in front of Korea Restaurant). These two trees have had multiple dead wood branches for some time and dead wood needs to be removed. Now the tree closest to the alley appears to be dying. It looked fine last week, but this week all the leaves are turning brown.
The alley between 516 and 520 N Grant St. needs repaved along with the alley that runs behind those buildings. Google Maps names this road as N. Harrold St.

The alley between and behind the buildings at 516 N Grant need refinished. The pot holes are numerous and deep. Almost every car that goes through there scrapes their frame.
CBU utility repair project in street several months ago was never completed. Street is now crumbling.
