Roads are very rough around Weaver Road, Snow Road, Popcorn Road
There are a bunch of potholes in this area. Greenbriar Lane has a small grassy median between High Street and Locust. At the west end of this median on the north side of Greenbriar where it meets Locust there is rough pavement and a pothole. Continuing northwest there is a small traffic island between Locust and Wilton with potholes around it and a bunch of gravel on the sidewalk. The potholes need to be filled and the gravel cleaned up.
Asphalt on Smith at its intersection with Euclid and to the West of that intersection is cracked and crumbling. The ends of the sidewalk on the west side of that intersection are badly eroded.
Huge pothole at 1424 E. 3rd (Campus Tutoring Service) It's sending debris onto the sidewalk and into the building
Potholes near NE corner of 4th & Rogers. ALSO-please check grassy area in front of 521 W. Kirkwood--the grassy area between the sidewalk & the street. There are several sinkholes a few feet west of the bus stop sign. It's a tripping hazard. Thanks.
Intersection of Westminster and Westminster Way West. Large potholes and flooding EVERYTIME it rains. Asphalt disintegrating. Notified through website last year following a tow and service of auto required because of existing problems. Also, HOA has inquired, but to no avail. Handicap cannot use this sidewalk nor can they cross road.
I was taking my wife to work at the hospital Monday morning. We pulled on to Rogers Street from Rockport at approximately 0656. One large, orange Young Trucking truck had already passed us on Rogers. We were approximately 50 yards south of the electric substation, driving north when something flew off the next orange Young Trucking dump truck as it was moving south on Rogers. We were surprised by the fist-sized impact and then swung around to pull into the Young Trucking , IMI facility off of Rogers (1602 S Roger St). We pulled right next to Young Trucking truck #9. This truck turned left, north on Rogers and then west on Patterson. I called the Young Trucking Company (812-332-0403) at 0659. The gentleman asked me which truck, I couldn’t tell that since it was moving in the opposite direction, but I did know what the number of the truck immediately behind it was #9. Assuming they keep track of which trucks get loaded with what, they know which truck was loaded immediately before #9. Young Trucking's position is that it must have been something in the roadway. Could someone please clean up any large, broken rocks and concrete on the street or sidewalk in front of the electrical substation, and entrance to 1602 S Roger Street?
Hoping that the bushes that impede into the alleys can be trimmed back again now that summer is ending. The alley just east of Woodlawn Ave heading to south to Hunter is the worst offender, but the alley going east from Woodlawn to Faculty could use some trimming also. They all tend to scratch the car as we navigate through those alleys on a daily basis. Additionally, there are some bushes on the south end of the Subway building that block half of the sidewalk so that you can't see to pull out south on Woodlawn until the front of the car is already into the northbound lane, but more importantly, they block the view of pedestrians walking south until they are walking out into the alley and into the path of cars coming out of the alley onto Woodlawn. I've asked the manager inside Subway who said he cared for the landscaping and he said he'd talk to the building managers. I've also called the building managers and discussed the issue with them and nothing has improved.
Greetings, I am unsure if this is a city issue, but hope that you can point me in the right direction. In the area between our sidewalk and the road there are two tree stumps. I am writing to see if there is any way these can be removed as they are quite unsightly. Our property is at 4111 South Falcon Drive Bloomington, IN 47403. Many thanks, Jodie
