The street directly in front of my house is falling apart and has been for years. The chunks of pavement have become a problem for me re: lawn mowing, shoveling. So, this is my request for repair. Thank you.

Constituent called to report a pothole in the crosswalk just south of Child's Elementary School. He was walking his kid to school and twisted his ankle. He asked that it be filled as soon as you can so that someone else isn't injured.
