Malcolm Abrams and I own the bungalow housing the Bloom Magazine office at 414 W 6th Street. The alley to our west (when facing the building) sees a surprising amount of traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian due in part to the location of the County probation department's testing office just north of us along the alley. The alley surface is in poor condition with ruts and uneven patches. The utilities department is in the process of repairing and resurfacing a portion of our lot and alley due to water line damage from AEG fiber installation. I've been told that the city will pave some well-used alleys when in disrepair. I'm wondering whether this alley would qualify particularly given that the paving equipment will be onsite already. Our department has an office located at 2599 Fountain Drive. We saw notice today of planned closure at the intersection of Fountain Drive and Crescent Drive. We wanted to be sure there is a semi-accessible detour to reach our building. We have a large project in the month of July that will involve a semi delivering materials to our space over the course of several weeks. Thank you!

reporting for call in Mayor's Office: 4 - 5 bad potholes at intersection of Fee Lane & 17th St.

The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.

Approximately 30 yards eastward from the stop sign at E Post Road and N Staats St, in the westbound lane of Post road, is a 12" wide by 33" long rectangular indentation originally dug by a contractor and then filled in. The fill has since subsided by one to two inches throughout. Hope it can be topped off to make a smoother street.

major pothole that is a hazard for drivers, especially motorcycles. A man called Mayor's office saying it needs to be fixed today or at least signage warning people of the hole. Says that he will hold us liable if someone gets hurt now that we have been informed.

Resurfacing of Grandview Hills Neighborhood roads took place this year. However, the job looks incomplete. Resurfacing took place on Grandview Drive, Post Road, and Staats. In the Grandview neighborhood, especially on Post Road, the asphalt is cracked and missing in several places. Grandview Avenue seems to be all right, but in addition to Post Rd, Staats and Kerry need work.

Very large and deep pothole. Vehicles have to move into the middle of the road and oncoming traffic to avoid it. If not fixed in a timely manor any vehicle damage invoices will be sent to your office for repayment.
