Hello, My name is Yangzheng WU. I stepped into a pothole on the road in front of SRSC and got a flat tire on 4/15 after class at 9:15pm from Kelley in the direction of campus view. There was a single pothole in the road about fifteen centimeters in radius and about 3-5 centimeters deep. It was in the middle of the lane, in the middle of the normal path of travel. There were no warning signs around this pothole, and there were no street lights directly above the pothole, so you couldn't see it driving at night. Resident who recently has called twice about the intersection of 10th and Union called again saying that more holes had been patched but that there were potentially damaging holes near Eigenmann Hall. Resident also reported multiple potholes on Eagleson Ave between 17th St and Law Ln.

When does the city intend on finishing this section of road? Ever since the bridge was completed it doesn't look like any work has been done at all to finish this one bit of road at all, and it's been months! East-West traffic is already a nightmare for this county because of the construction on I-69, Second, and Third Street, and yet the one route that can really act as a good alternate route to help alleviate some of that traffic is hampered by this abandoned project. While the detours tell people to go down towards 11th Street, we all know that way too many people are cutting through the neighborhood where there are plenty of children trying to play outside. This is nothing but ridiculous!
