Incredibly deep and wide potholes here. Again, I’ve seen too many close calls. People are trying to avoid them and end up going into oncoming traffic.

Utility cut has sinking causing a dip I can’t believe that with all the City vehicles that are in the area that this has to be reported. Maybe the City should have a system for employees to report issues do the public doesn’t have to. This way it can be taken care of sooner.

In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.

My mailbox has been damaged by the snow plows. The door to my mailbox has been ripped off and one side is starting to come apart. I am wondering who I need to contact about getting this fixed/replaced.

409 N Sheffield Dr. The rain last night pulled up two layers of asphalt much of which was pushed down hill and blocked up the storm drains. but Now have almost 5 inches deep of pot holes and looks like it's going to strip the other rest of the street soon. It would be nice if you could come out and look at it as soon as possible. Thank you.
