Pothole, westbound lane of Moores Pike near the northern edge of the road, a few yards east of the intersection with Smith Road. Needs repair, is getting larger and the asphalt on the outer edge of the road is also cracking and settling below the level of the road.

There is a crack in the culvert under I-69. It was made by welding a coiled plate of steel into a pipe, but one of the welds is broken/missing. This is causing soil near the broken weld to wash into the pipe. if left unchecked, it could create a cavity around the pipe and sinkhole under I-69. Multiple pavement issues in culdesac of W Mill Run. See picture. Also, when you turn onto N Union Valley Rd from 45/46, the right lane has a bunch of potholes in one spot.

Just North of Jackson Creek Middle School, there is a virtual mine field of potholes! While on my drive to work at 6 AM, I hit a small, but deep one that broke the steel belts in my radial tire. I hope you can fix this soon, before someone has a more serious accident!
