Good morning. IU Health is a main tenant in the Southern Indiana Medical Park off of Tapp Road. They brought to our attention that there are numerous pot holes located in McIntire Drive. Heading east on E Thornton Dr from S Maxwell St, the pavement is very rough, especially for those of us on bicycles.

Alley on the north side of 112 W 6th Street, Bloomington IN: there is a guardrail installed, the base is utterly deteriorated, very loose to the touch, poses a danger to pedestrians and any vehicular traffic brave enough to use the ease and/or north alley. Needs to be repaired. Thank you.

Lori lane is the main road and entrance into the Edgewood hills subdivision. The road has a steep grade with a culvert below that was repaired a few years ago. The tar is cracking and falling apart along the middle of the road and over the area that was repaired.

Heading south on Liberty from 3rd, there is a terrible pothole at the first entrance to the Kroger parking lot. The person in front of me almost rear-ended a car that stopped abruptly to avoid hitting it.
