I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. There is a large amount of rock and wash out in the intersection of South Washington and Second Street. Most of it is in the center of the bike lane, causing cyclists to detour into traffic.
