Perhaps already reported, but just adding concern: several potholes in a row on the south edge of the 12th/Grant Streets intersection. Also, there's one a bit west of the intersection on the south side of 12th, one that could catch a wheel and/or topple a bicyclist.

Hello, I’m writing concerning a little stretch of S. Rose Ave that could use some new asphalt. It looks like the road bed was laid down at some point, but never got completely finished. Easiest to see from an overhead view (attached). Vehicles turning south on Rose Ave are always coming off the road at the corner and churning up the gravel and grass on the verge. It’s pretty unsightly. I don't know when S. Rose is due for a new surface (S. Anita got one a year or two ago), but is there any chance of having that section cleaned up when it does? Hello. There is a dual drainage grate system in the middle of Blair Ave just before W 12th Court heading North. It looks as if the grates are sinking and are going to fall into the hole under them. There is major damage and erosion of the structural integrity of the cement and asphalt surrounding the grates and across the entire street. There is exposed metal bars that drivers swerve to miss to protect their cars putting humans and parked vehicles at risk. Can you please help? Thank you for all that you do!
