A gentleman called in complaining about a giant pothole (he described it as the size of a trench) in his alleyway, somewhere between E Driscoll Street and E Hillside Drive. Apparently it is for the installation of the fiber optic network. He says he damaged his car trying to drive over or through it. Could some go check this out and make sure it is meeting safety standards while this area is under construction.
There's a large area abutting 11th St. that Mr. Ogle would like to see paved/filled in. He left a photo if that's helpful.
There is a section of concrete gutter trough in front of 1311 Hearthstone Court's driveway that is heaving and scraping the bottom of cars as they pull in the drive.
Is Pickwick still scheduled for repaving? I reported in April that rushing water has created an erosion of Pickwick at the front of my driveway, that is now about a 3-4 inch shelf that people have to drive over. I saw that someone came to Pickwick and did some patching, but only on the other side of the street, and did nothing with our problem. I do want to get my driveway re-paved, but want to see Pickwick repaired before I have that done. thanks for any help you can provide. Jim
As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. north south alley between Driscoll and wilson. walnut and washington. full of pot holes.
There is pothole near the intersection of Issac and Patterson.
There are LARGE potholes on the street near and around the railroad track on Fountain Drive. Near JB's Salvage.
Please, could the potholes in the alley on this block be addressed? They are huge and numerous and there is no way to avoid them. The only parking for these residences is in the back of the properties, accessed from the alley. Thanks so much!
There is no street parking where we live so all residents of this block use the alley for home access and parking. The alley is in very bad shape, full of large potholes. Please consider repaving this alley…it is narrow and there is no way to avoid the holes. Thank you!
