North Jordan Avenue over the Indiana Railroad needs serious repair work. I am trying to establish ownership of the bridge. I work for INDOT in Seymour. And would like to discuss this bridge with someone. Thank You.

Small perimeter but deep pothole on Hillside, north lane (westbound) outside of Templeton playground--perfect for wrecking a cyclist.
There a cut out on the southbound lane on the right hand side. It looks like it was dug out. Jars you when you hit it.
Water stands after it rains. It is usually quite a bit there and fairly deep.
Crumbling pavement/potholes on Countryside and Adams Hill Circle.
The pavement from this intersection going south and ultimate out to 3rd street has enormous potholes and misalignment of the pavement surrounding the in street storm drains. I don't know how much of this is private or public but it nearly took out the undercarriage of my car and I was only going 15 miles an hour.
