We are writing to report the poor condition of the gravel street in front of our property. On our very first day of moving in, one of our vehicles got a flat tire from the state of the roadway. Bl Utilities replaced a culvert a week or so ago. The cut has not been replaced completely and there is a big dip plus there is no sign to indicate a bump is there. When will it be fixed completely?

There is a hole in the driveway of this complex on the direct route from the new sidewalk across to the street. My kid tripped on it last night after dark, discovering the issue. I'm not sure if it's the responsibility of the city or the apartment complex, but it is a safety hazard for pedestrians. It goes all the way down to the culvert. Thanks.
