Good morning. IU Health is a main tenant in the Southern Indiana Medical Park off of Tapp Road. They brought to our attention that there are numerous pot holes located in McIntire Drive. I walk frequently on East 7th Street between union and hillsdale. While I know this was paved in the not too distant past there are several aging lines if you will for me that span the road from side to side. And there are quite a few areas along the edges that are starting to cobweb crack. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention so you can put it on your sealing schedule
The corner of the median has been ruined due to the removal of the tree in the median. The area is one big lump of dirt now due to machines ruining the grass. This area needs landscaping done to it asap. It looks really bad.
Street is rough and and needs repaired in a small approx 50’ of pavement alligatoring e bound lane.

There are several patches of many deep potholes on W 6th St between Adams and Waldron. I have popped two bicycle tires in the last two months because of the state of the road. This is my only means of transportation for getting to campus and causes regular problems for me and my roommate.
Huge deep pothole at Eagleson and 2nd Street as reported just now by my supervisor. He said it is not visible until you hit it and it is quite bad. If the hole is not filled in/fixed drivers will most likely get tire/rim damage.
Very large pothole/ungraded street surface on Rogers Street - just north of 2nd Street intersection, in the northbound lane.

The sharp ledge left on the section of IN46 under construction is absolutely ridiculous and should not be open to being driven on as is. It was pulling me back and forth while driving on it last night and swaying the vehicle basically trying to pull me off the road due to the tire riding the edge (which you can't avoid the way they have the lane divided). My low tire light came on later after driving on this section and after inspecting the tire I found that the rubber had been stripped down to the wire on the driver's rear tire due to being abraded away by that road. This is ridiculous and now I need new tires.
