Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the right hand side of the incline is a filled hole that is sagging pretty badly.

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Unevenness in paving acts as a *huge* pothole needs to be fixed asap. On west side of Kinser/rogers right by NAPA store. Cars hit it right before crossing the intersection of Rogers/17th going South on the right side tires

Alley on the north side of 112 W 6th Street, Bloomington IN: there is a guardrail installed, the base is utterly deteriorated, very loose to the touch, poses a danger to pedestrians and any vehicular traffic brave enough to use the ease and/or north alley. Needs to be repaired. Thank you.

Flooding down Brownridge is starting an erosion hole again the road side with a drop of about 3 ft. from the road bed. A short load of stone (2-3 yds maybe) added to the previous should solve it; the last treatment has remained stable and has worked well.

The utility manhole covers in the Northbouand lane of Walnut Street from Miller Drive to Grimes are below the pavement level and need to be raised to pavement lever. This condition has existed since Walnut Street was re-paved years ago. Please fix. Thank you

The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.

On N. Oolitic near 11th St there is a deep cut in the road where I assume utility work was done but the cut is dangerous as it will destroy a car. There is no sign to alert a car that it is there, and it needs to be filled in or a metal sheet needs to be placed over it until the complete repair can be done. I thought my tires were going to blow out yesterday when I drove over it and I drove very slowly over it because I was aware already that it was there. Please stop ignoring the road conditions around here (Lindbergh and Oolitic between 11th and 17th) and please fix them asap.

There is a massive trench across the full width of N Oolitic Drive. It has gotten terrible and I fear is a safety risk. It has been there since at least August 2023.

The hole (and patch)m that was drilled in the north east part of the intersection of S. Lincoln St and Dodds ST by the fiber install people has washed out with the latest heavy rain storm. To my undertstanding you might be patching in this area soon with the other Potholes that are along S. Lincoln Street and Wylie ST. Thank you for your help!
