Property is a shameful site for our community and visitors. There's Trash, probably used needles, mattresses, and an awful infestation of rats. This is an issue that has been ongoing and needs the city's intervention now. Please address this. I'm ashamed to have visors to my hometown.

Sofa and other debris around dumpster. The owner was cited weeks ago. Still there and more now.

Junk and furniture and empty boxes are piled up along the front and sides of this house.
Traffic calmer near Hillsdale (east side) and 7th is overgrown and being ignored. This is a common theme for these.
These piles of debris have been blocking this sidewalk for several weeks.

Discarded mattress in front, on Kirkwood. It's been there over a week. Parker Management is unresponsive, a terrible neighbor!
Two sofa have been sitting beside the dumpster behind Kirkwood Village Apartments for weeks. I have called Parker Management to report this issue; the sofa remain. This is not an uncommon occurrence as this dumpster is frequently overloaded and trash blows all over the neighborhood.
