This house has basically been abandoned. No one lives in or cared for it in over a year. The screens and deck are falling off. The house and yard are in disrepair. The owners left their trash bins lying in the driveway along with a covered car, and tarp covered boxes/furniture, and other junk. According to GIS taxes haven’t been paid at all last year. Can’t anything be done? We have another abandoned house on Browning Lane but it at least has an owner in the area!

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. There is an excessive amount of trash in a backyard along the B-Line trail; it looks like it one of the houses on Kendall Drive has been dumping here. Trash is visible by taking the more westward of the 2 branches of the B-Line at country club (the new one) and heading north. It's pretty close to Country Club. Within a hundred yards or so.

Elderly Homeowners at 2502 have a horrid, unstable, "fence" made out of literally garbage. They also have a literal shanty town of shacks and homemade sheds in their backyard, some of which are wired with electricity which I imagine is NOT UP TO CODE. FIRE HAZARD. DISEASE HAZARD as well since i have seen raccoons and opossum going in and out of the sheds nearest my property line like they own the place. Not only does it look like absolute shit, it IS A DISEASE AND FIRE HAZARD. I DEMAND SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS.

Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to address this but I have an issue with construction debris. I live on South Madison Street between Grimes/Patterson and Hillside. The warehouse that runs the length of the street (between us & Switchyard Park) appears to be doing some sort of construction or remodeling. The top half of the outside wall was partially removed by them and more came down during the storms a couple of weeks ago. This siding and other items have been left at the end of our lots. In addition, we now have graffiti to look at which is a first in the over twenty years that I've lived in this house. Not only is it an eyesore but I can't take a lawnmower into that area. It's been weeks now & the owners aren't doing anything about it. I would greatly appreciate it if something can be done to get this mess cleaned up and to ensure that they clean up after themselves in the future. Thank you very much!
