Debris filled front and side yard

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. This house has basically been abandoned. No one lives in or cared for it in over a year. The screens and deck are falling off. The house and yard are in disrepair. The owners left their trash bins lying in the driveway along with a covered car, and tarp covered boxes/furniture, and other junk. According to GIS taxes haven’t been paid at all last year. Can’t anything be done? We have another abandoned house on Browning Lane but it at least has an owner in the area!

Business has been closed for a long time and there is trash everywhere. Who is responsible for cleaning this?
