I received a call from a resident stating that there are encampments in the woods between AMC Theater and Moore's Pike. Not only is there trash and used needles scattered about, but this morning someone lit the site on fire. There is a smoldering mattress and plastics burning at the site. On the part of the B-Line trail just south of Switchyard Park, there are a few encampments, with tents, debris and trash to the east of the trail - this is on the first portion of the trail that is unpaved south of the B-Line Trail.

The Cloverleaf Family Restaurant West Side of Bloomington has an excessive amount of trash and debris outside its back door and dumpster area. Additionally, they have a makeshift smoking area hidden in the bushes in the alley way. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.
