The sidewalk is covered with a think layer of run off gravel from the alley. Can this be cleaned up and something done to prevent this from continually happening?

I am not sure this is the right department, but there is a tree on private property that is an accident waiting to happen. It is located at 715 S Woodlawn and it is just a matter of time before it comes down and takes our electricity with it and possible do other damage.

Junk sitting in corner yard and in drive way. This junk has been sitting their for months and should be removed.
