trash and debris and broken stuff all over the yard
Elderly Homeowners at 2502 have a horrid, unstable, "fence" made out of literally garbage. They also have a literal shanty town of shacks and homemade sheds in their backyard, some of which are wired with electricity which I imagine is NOT UP TO CODE. FIRE HAZARD. DISEASE HAZARD as well since i have seen raccoons and opossum going in and out of the sheds nearest my property line like they own the place. Not only does it look like absolute shit, it IS A DISEASE AND FIRE HAZARD. I DEMAND SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
Lot is overgrown, piles of trash are in the driveway and a homeless person lives in his car on the driveway.
Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.
Yard has had downed logs for over a year and no mowing
Lot is overgrown so much that the house is disappearing. It has not been tended for over 3 years.

Junk/waste is stacked up in driveway and around house.
A large amount of debris, trash and waste continues to blow into the administration lot and mccsc bus lot. The source is a camp that has been setup on the east end of the McDonald’s property.
