There is a dead raccoon next to our driveway (technically on our neighbor’s property). Is there a city department that can remove the body or is that something we are supposed to do? If the latter, can it go in our regular trash? Thank you.
Since the new tenants moved into 213 S Union, in August 2022, they have been depositing debris/trash (mattress, cardboard, etc.) behind the garage along the north/south alley. Aside from it becoming a potential winter home for rodents, it leads to cars parked in ways that often block both n/s and e/w alleys (they have been ticketed before for blocking traffic entirely.

There is a huge tree down across Birdie Galyan Road off SR46. It's too big for me to move and I can't make it to work because of it.
Abandoned shopping cart full of trash at 2nd and Rogers. Been there since 8/9/23.
Building recently removed. Now, used construction materials are being stored on the empty lot. Is the property zoned for such use?
Low hanging broken tree limb in alley
Two sofa have been sitting beside the dumpster behind Kirkwood Village Apartments for weeks. I have called Parker Management to report this issue; the sofa remain. This is not an uncommon occurrence as this dumpster is frequently overloaded and trash blows all over the neighborhood.
Discarded mattress in front, on Kirkwood. It's been there over a week. Parker Management is unresponsive, a terrible neighbor!
