house next to have pool filled in and have mud in street. could a street sweeper clean it?
I recently purchased a house, but the easement property behind (Duke) has been a debris pit for somebody in the neighborhood. It seems to be mostly leaves on top, but there are also tires & chairs floating inside.The pile is starting to slide into my property. I am not sure what to do, since it is easement property. I would like to eventually put up a fence in the back, but the sliding debris pile would problem ruin any ability to do that. If this department cannot help with this situation, please direct me to a department that can. Rebecca Rice
Due to the storm on Friday night we have a lot of run off rock and old concrete from the ditches above our house on Ruby and Covenanter. Since we are the last house where the ditches turn, we get all of the debris. Can someone from the city please come and clean up our ditch (with the truck that sucks up rocks, etc.)along Ruby and Covenanter? Our front lawn grass is full of rock and mud from the flow of water on Friday night. Sorry - it's dark and I can't get a photo but in today's storm a very, very large branch (the size of a small tree) from my neighbor's yard fell and is blocking the alley behind my house. No traffic can move through the alley. There also seems to be a downed wire.
For several months there has been a shopping cart filled with debris across from lamp posts #157 and #158 on the B-line trail.
Homeless camped on front of library. Called police and library security yesterday as well
Someone has put "Black Lives Matter" Signs in the median that need to be removed.
Neighbor construction project to fill in his pool has caused dirt to be left in the street multiple times. Needs cleaned up. On going problem. Has left mud to be all over street.
