We are new to Bloomington and just starting to learn our way around etc. We have noticed a mattress dumped over a hillside just off the I69 Exit 120A. It is in the rocks on the right hand side as you enter 46/45 route. Is this city property or state? It looks like a double or queen size mattress. Is this something that the city could get disposed of or it on state property can you please direct me to proper people at the state for disposal. Thank you

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around.
