West 16th street between Jackson and Madison has not been cleared of snow as of Sunday, February 21st. Our street is routinely used as a shortcut to avoid the light at 17th and Kinser Pike. We would very much appreciate it if they could get to our street as soon as they are able. Thank you for your time.
When will the bike lanes be plowed? Adams St., Lincoln Street near the MCPL, W. 7th St. If Bloomington wants to be designated as a great city for bikes, the bike lanes and street edges need to be cleared after snowstorms. Great bking cities like Copenhagen have plows just for bike lanes.

I'd like to request snow removal for the alley that extends east-west off of Rogers between 3rd and 4th streets. I live at 208 S Rogers and my landlord claims it is the city's responsibility to plow it. Thank you!
Can you please send a unit to Sunstone Dr between Summit Ridge townhomes and Adams Village Apartments to plow snow from the street? The development owners of the Summit Ridge townhomes have shoved the snow from their drives across the street into the parking spots for the apartments, and making on-street parking dangerous and impossible for those who have nowhere else to park at their homes, and cars are narrowly avoiding being sideswiped because of improperly plowed streets and driveways. I just want to make sure when you plow and salt the roadways in Renwick you cover Cathcart and Hathaway. They were not touched on Saturday.
multiple complaints from hospital staff this morning about the disregard to the snow and ice removal on 1st street directly behind the hospital. many people have traveled in from out of county to work and 1st street was by far the worst road they encountered. our ambulance crew has to use this road to transport patients in as well, and staff have to cross the street to gain access to the building from our parking lots, which results in potential risk for employee injuries.
It's obvious you didn't salt ahead of this storm. The main roads are terrible. You need to get ahead of ice. This is the first time that I've been disappointed in snow removal in Bloomington. Usually, you do a great job.
Have not seen one city salt truck all day on Curry Rd at/near Route 46. This is somewhat of a hilly area and it's turning into a skating rink.
