It seems the roads were plowed, however. There is still a considerable amount of snow and slush on the streets in the park ridge east area. This makes it very difficult to drive safely, particularly in hilly and curvy areas.

Snow plow and salt/sand request.
Trucks do a great job at the front of the Westbrook Downs neighborhood but they don't appear to have used any kind of salt/sand or super scrap the back part of the neighborhood. This particular section (just prior to the Crider St turn) has a small hill that for 3 days running I've been unable to make it and had to back up and go the other way. Typically they hit this section as much as they do the front.
Thanks for all you do!

West 16th street between Jackson and Madison has not been cleared of snow as of Sunday, February 21st. Our street is routinely used as a shortcut to avoid the light at 17th and Kinser Pike. We would very much appreciate it if they could get to our street as soon as they are able.
Thank you for your time.

I spend multiple hours over multiple days clearing the piles of snow that were plowed into my driveway by the City plows in my cul de sac. Yesterday, I had cleared it all. Then, a plow came and blocked half of my driveway again while also fully covering my mailbox as to be completely inaccessible. The end of my street would have been in better condition if it had never been plowed. If the drivers are unwilling or unable to move the snow into the areas between houses, then why bother doing it at all? I'm only requesting some common sense here. I appreciate the road crews, but if the turning radius is too tight for the plow to even function, then maybe only plow the straightaways.

Just one more note on the streets in the Stonechase neighborhood, the mail delivery person was sliding across the street and having a very difficult time pulling up to and pulling away from mailboxes.
