It's obvious you didn't salt ahead of this storm. The main roads are terrible. You need to get ahead of ice. This is the first time that I've been disappointed in snow removal in Bloomington. Usually, you do a great job.

Good afternoon,
First off, thanks for doing a great job. I wanted to report that the dead end section in the 300 block of S. Dunn St. is not plowed when it snows. This is a public street. A smaller plow would work best I would be added to the list to plow and salt when it snows. Thank you!

As of 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 15, my street, W. Petal Ct., has not been plowed following the heavy snow that fell this morning. I don't remember this much delay following past snows.

3766 S Claybridge Drive. Cul de Sac has not been cleared of snow to allow cars, mail and trash access. In my 9 years at this address, I have never seen such a poor job of attempting to clear the cul de sac. We have had numerous cars stuck while attempting to get into drive ways. Can we can the street dept to re-plow?

At least two of us had trouble stopping going west on Empire at the light before it crosses Clinton. Please add some salt at that intersection. Thanks for all of your very hard work to make our roads passable this time of year! Brenda Milcik
