SUGGESTED MONROE CTY SCHOOLS..CALLED 330-7720 MAINTENANCE AND DEBBIE STATED THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THAT STATE HWY HAS TOLD THEIR STAFF THEY WOULD DO IT. SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A NAME. Sidewalk in front of Sera-Tec Biologicals still covered with ice. Very slick & hazardous. Complaintant spoke with someone at Sera-Tec & they said they had tried to clear it but due to drainage off their roof, ice accumulated too much.

She advises that Burger King has been dumping their parking lot snow on the sidewalk all winter long and this is the current situation. She must travel on the street or across their icy parking lot as the sidewalk is impassable.
