The sidewalk that runs alongside the backside of IU's building is very hazardous. The sidewalks are clear in front of City Hall and CFC until you reach IU's section. There is a very small path cleared on a portion but it is complete ice underneath, then there are portions of the sidewalk that you cannot cross.

601, 717, 801 and 835 W. 4th have not shoveled snow since the previous snowfall (storm before Feb 15th).
west side of road between W. Parrish Road and W. State Road 45/46 Bypass has not been shovelled in months
