Please clear the alley that connects Eagleson to S Highland. I am an emergency worker and none of the owners can get their vehicles out to a street. Most of the home owners are elderly and can’t assist.
The alley is used by Duke energy for power lines and has 8 families garages that need to be cleared to leave and get to a street.
The last few snows our street never got plowed. I know your department is working hard in this big storm and we all appreciate it. I just ask that you please make it to our street too, I know it's not a long road but most of us don't have vehicles that can make it through a foot of snow. I appreciate your time and yardwork. A citizen called to report that none of the sidewalks in Arlington Park Apartments have been shoveled.
The snow was not Plowed or Salted on N. Washington St.
Our main street is so deep that my sister (who lives a few doors down from me), car was stuck when she pulled down the street, she had to shovel all the way from the end of the road into her driveway, injuring her shoulder. She was coming home from work, which her work made her come in late last night, and it took her over an hour to shovel herself into her driveway. Can someone check on our street? Thank you.

This cul-du-sac is horrible when it snows we have elderly, autistic child and people with learning disabilities and their care takers in the area and cars get stuck and block getting in and out and emergency crews can't get in. I understand its not a priority to the county, but when we get this type of heavy amounts of snow at least making a trip or two to make it passable to get out for work or other matters of necessity.
This road has NOT been plowed AT ALL yet and it is now currently Saturday, Jan 11th and ice and snow is melting but not fast enough for a road that did not get plowed at all yet. I can’t get to my kids because it hasn’t been touched at all and by this point it should be done completely that town and highways are completely clear. My children are stuck out there with no way out to get up and down the giant hills out there because they haven’t been touched.
