snow covers the sidewalks from the corner of 3rd Street down to Covenanter on the west side of street, from corner of 3rd Street down to East Buick Cadillac on the east side of the street, not including Monroe County Bank. Cannot walk on sidewalks, have to walk in street.

Tim called to state that the property owner of this section of sidewalk has failed to clear snow and ice during each snow fall . This area is hazardous for pedestrians.
