The sidewalk that runs alongside the backside of IU's building is very hazardous. The sidewalks are clear in front of City Hall and CFC until you reach IU's section. There is a very small path cleared on a portion but it is complete ice underneath, then there are portions of the sidewalk that you cannot cross.
