The side yard has been filled in with gravel to create another driveway cut and parking. Often cars are parked across the cul de sac instead of along the curb. This makes it difficult to navigate the cul de sac.
Rental unit: Tenants park their truck on their back yard. Plenty of on-street parking spaces. The rest of the neighbors park their cars on the street and not on their backyards. Please help us. Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. There is a car parked in the street without a license plate and a flat tire. This car has been there for days, appears to be abandoned and doesn’t belong to any nearby neighbors that I am aware of.
At the corner of 4th and rogers, the house on 4th are parking their cars in the back yard and are coming off rogers.

Not a huge deal but my neighbors park in the yard off the alley in the grass making it hard to use the alley which gets used a lot...they have designated parking behind their house but don’t use it...
